Investigation @ The Chapel

While I have failed to do any significant painting this week, I did manage to find the time to drop in and meet-up with Mark, the hobby savant responsible for heresyofus.com. Unfortunately a combination of work & family commitments conspired so that I wasn’t able to make it to the awesome campaign weekend he ran for The Chapel, but this was a chance to meet the man behind the project and to talk hobby which was great fun.

Mark’s Wytch Cult warband is even more impressive in the flesh, along with the awesome contributions by other hobbyists such as the Wudghast’s Ostium Guides, Remnante’s warband and Albino woods, and finally the moody terrain by Imperial Rebel Ork. All intimidating good work!

We took a few snaps of my warband exploring the terrain with my camera phone, which hopefully Mark will be able to do something with in future, but here is a quick clip in the meantime:

It would be remiss of me not to thank Mark again for both his time and the generous donation of some hobby swag which is now available from his online shop – many of which featured in The Chapel.

  1. Thanks for the shout out mate. It gives me a warm fuzzy feeling that you along with other hobby heroes of mine like my terrain 😊

It was great meeting you mate. I’ll get onto those pics soon and yes a battle is needed.

  3. Very cool to continue seeing Chapel stuff out there in the hobby world, and very intrigued by that teaser pic!
